You are invited to join Residents at HC-One's Trafalgar Park care home in Treharris, Caerphilly for some festive fun for all the family at Christmas Fair on Saturday 1st December.
With a variety of stalls selling cakes, sweets, gifts, Christmas decorations, raffle tickets, hot food and mince pies. Santa will also be popping in to say hello followed by live entertainment.
