Christmas crafts at Alexander CourtResidents at Alexander Court care home in Sheffield got in the festive spirit for a Christmas wreath-making afternoon.

Staff joined forces with Residents in the home’s Gardening Group to make wreaths to sell at Alexander Court’s Christmas Fayre.

The wreaths were decorated with a number of traditional Christmas decorations, including pine cones, dried orange slices and red ribbons.

Jean, a Resident at the home, said: “It’s great to be using my passion for crafts to help out with the home’s Christmas fayre. I’m really looking forward to the festive period now.”

Amanda Fields, Home Manager at Alexander Court, said: “Our Residents really enjoyed using their creativity to make such beautiful wreaths, and I’m sure they will attract lots of interest at the Christmas Fayre.”
