Residents at HC-One’s The Glen care home in Evercreech, near Shepton Mallet received a very special Christmas surprise from members of the local Women’s Institute.
Three ladies from the WI, Mrs Rosemary Kelly, Mrs Margaret Ashworth and Mrs Carol Phyllis visited The Glen on Thursday 27th November with presents in hand for every Resident, each gift was thoughtfully wrapped and in its own festive bag.
The generous donations will be handed out to Residents on Christmas Day, by Santa himself. Everyone at The Glen would like to say a big thank you to the kind ladies from the local WI for their thoughtful contribution.
