A sprinkle of Christmas cheer filled the corridors at HC-One’s Acorn Hollow care home in Lostock Gralam, Northwich as Residents welcomed in the festive season with its very own Christmas Market.
Acorn Hollow opened its doors to members of the community, selling homemade gifts, cards, perfumes, keepsakes and art, all whilst enjoying seasonal hot drinks and nibbles.
Rachel Astles, Home Manager at Acorn Hollow commented:
“Christmas is a time when people young and old should come together to celebrate the festive season. Everyone was in good spirits and enjoying what was on offer and we are delighted at the turnout.
“Thank you to everyone who attended, it really got us counting down the days to Christmas at Acorn Hollow.”
Christmas fayres took place in a large number of HC-One homes this year, providing members of the community and Relatives of Residents with the opportunity to get involved in the day-to-day activities of their local care home.
