A sprinkle of Christmas cheer filled the corridors at HC-One’s Himley Mill in Dudley, as Residents welcomed in the festive season with a fayre.
Himley Mill opened its doors to members of the community, selling homemade gifts, donated items and hosting a tombola whilst seasonal hot beverages and nibbles were consumed.
Jonathan Richards, Home Manager at Himley Mill commented:
“Christmas is a time when people young and old should come together to celebrate the festive season. Everyone was in good spirits and enjoying what was on offer and we are delighted at the turnout.
“Thank you to everyone who attended, it really got us counting down the days to Christmas at Himley Mill.”
Christmas fayres took place in a large number of HC-One homes this year, providing members of the community and Relatives of Residents with the opportunity to get involved in the day-to-day activities of their local care home.
