Christmas activities at Aspen CourtHC-One’s Aspen Court care home got into the Christmas spirit as Residents enjoyed a variety of activities within the home.

The exciting week began with Residents and Colleagues taking part in a card making activity for the Christmas Fayre in the home, and they enjoyed this as they got creative by adding various craft items and colourful designs to the cards.

The home also held a festive tea for Relatives to enjoy, which was enjoyed by all, before everyone sat down to enjoy two reminiscent shows with Residents’ favourite songs being sung and performed . Everyone enjoyed dancing away together with their Relatives during the shows as they sang along to their much loved music.

To end the week wonderfully, the home held a Christmas party for Residents, Relatives and members of the local community who visited the home bearing gifts for Residents, which everyone kindly appreciated.

Children from the local primary school also joined the home for their Christmas party, as they performed a variety of Christmas carols for all to enjoy.

Home manager, Carmen Warner, commented: “Everyone has really enjoyed themselves this week, we have had a wonderful time getting into the Christmas spirit.”
