Colleagues at HC One’s Avon Court care home joined in with breast cancer awareness day to raise money.
All of the staff at the Chippenham care home work pink in honour of the breast cancer awareness day, and donated £2 each in support.
Cupcakes were donated to the home by a friend of the homes housekeeper and these were sold for £1 each. The home also sold some craft items which had been made in activities.
Overall the home raised over £100 for this fantastic cause, and had a fun day doing so too. The Residents loved seeing all the staff dressed up and watching them do silly dances too.
