HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home in Chelmsford took part in the Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk in September.
A group of 20 people including Residents, Relatives and members of the care team at Admirals Reach set off on their annual walk to raise awareness and sponsorship for Alzheimer’s Society, which will help to fund vital research which aims to improve care for people with dementia and ultimately finding a cure.
Everyone was in high spirits as they completed the walk, on returning to Admirals Reach the group celebrated with cream scones followed by singing and dancing along to the live jazz entertainment.
