The team at Cedar House were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating the home is providing high standards of care for Residents and is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Cedar House, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. Inspectors commented there was a “positive and person-centred culture at the service”.
This sentiment was echoed by Residents, who made remarks such as ''They are really good, the staff are outstanding, and I get well looked after'', ''[Staff] are smashing'', and ''They spoil me. I love it here, if you want something they get it for you.''
