The team at Drummohr were delighted to receive such a glowing report, which rated the home as ‘Very Good’ for ‘how good is our leadership?’ and ‘Good’ for ‘how well do we support people’s wellbeing?’, ‘how good is our staff team?’, ‘how good is our setting?’ and ‘how well is care and support planned?’.
Inspectors were full of praise, highlighting the team’s commitment to enhancing the experiences of Residents and working together efficiently. This sentiment was echoed by family members in the report who referred to staff as “amazing in their interactions” and stating that the team had helped Residents maintain family links.
