HC-One’s Rosebridge Court in Hindley welcomed the local community to celebrate the sixth annual Care Home Open Day in style on 21st April.
The family of HC-One homes across the UK took part in activities throughout the day, with Rosebridge Court Care Home hosting a children’s party, promoting good mental health through physical activity and engaging with community partners.
The Home Manager of Rosebridge Court Care Home, Martin Holmes said:
“I am very grateful to all those who took part in Care Home Open Day with us. We all had a wonderful time - we shared singing, benefitted from the attendance of Greater Manchester Fire Service and a colleague from Wigan Council’s Healthy Routes scheme, and enjoyed spending time together in the sun.”
