Care Home Open Day at Hartford CourtHC-One’s Hartford Court in Cramlington, Northumberland, welcomed the local community to celebrate the sixth annual Care Home Open Day in style on 21st April.

The family of HC-One homes across the UK took part in activities throughout the day, with Hartford Court hosting a full day of exciting activities.

Frere Jacques joined the home’s very own Hartford Court Choir to sing “You Are My Sunshine” and entertained everyone with a selection of songs before finishing with “God Save The Queen” in honour of our Queen Elizabeth’s birthday.

The home received an extra special visit from Geoff, whose father used to be at Hartford Court, and he entertained everyone with the cello. After lunch Hartford Court has Talent was held where three local councillors judged the best talent that Hartford Court had to offer. A great day was had by all.

Hartford Court’s Home Manager, Blessing Giwa said:

“We had so many visits from the local community that we had a full home all day, which was just wonderful to see. Thank you to everyone that came along and a special thanks to the team here at Hartford Court.”
