HC-One’s St Clare’s Court Care Home in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham celebrated Mother’s Day with an afternoon tea and invited Resident’s family members.
A number of family members visited the home on Mother’s Day to spend time with their loved ones.
St Clare’s Court organised an afternoon tea with homemade cakes from the kitchen and the tables were all set up with a cake stand on each.
Everyone had a great day and commented that it was lovely to spend Mother’s Day having tea and cakes with their loved ones on this special day.
