John Dickeson, a Care Assistant at HC-One’s Northview Lodge care home in Castletown, Tyne and Wear received a Highly Commended award at the Regional Apprenticeship Awards in Gateshead on Monday 16th September.
Having received a double distinction in his apprenticeship, John was nominated for the Intermediate category at the awards, although John did not win the award he was nominated for, the award panel presented him with the Highly Commended award.
John and his Colleagues were delighted with his achievement, John commented: “I am very proud of my award and privileged to work with such an inspiring and supportive team at Northview Lodge.”
Northview Lodge Home Manager, Patrick Morley said: “Well done John for your well-deserved award, it is a real testament to the hard work and dedication you demonstrate on a day to day basis.”
