Cambridge care home Residents enjoy seaside tripHC-One’s The Cambridge care home in Cambridge organised their annual seaside visit for Residents, this year they decided to go to the beautiful seaside town of Hunstanton.

The group started their day singing their favourite songs on the coach ride to the seaside, once they arrived everyone tucked into a traditional fish and chip lunch at a local restaurant.

The fresh seaside breeze gave everyone some extra energy, which they used to walk along the beach and explore the promenade. Everyone had a great day, with Residents commenting on how lovely it was just to be at the seaside and spend the day out as a group.

One Resident, Edna, commented on how nice it was to spend the day with the daughter, Tracey and reminisced about their summer holidays as a family at Hunstanton in the caravan.

Elizabeth Addae, Home Manager at The Cambridge said:

“It was wonderful to see the smiles everyone’s faces as they returned from their day out, I would like to thank my Colleagues for working hard to organise the trip and creating more happy memories for Residents.”
