Residents and staff alike have had fun today at Woodcross care home making and decorating cakes in the kitchen.
Residents Abu, Sue and Kath helped by Nurse Tracey, have created some delicious cornflake and fairy cakes. The cakes had a range of different toppings from icing sugar to chocolate chips and ‘hundreds and thousands’. Some Residents even shaped their toppings to create a smiley faces.
The cakes have gone down a treat this afternoon with a nice, hot cup of tea. Everyone said that the best part was eating their creations, we don’t disagree with you there!
