At Branston Court care home, in Staffordshire, one Resident has been doing something a little more special for this year’s Remembrance Day.
Ms Littlewood, a Resident at Branston Court, has spent the last four week knitting poppies for all Colleagues and Residents at the home to wear proudly.
Everyone sported their poppies today and loved the fact that they were handmade and simply beautiful.
“It is such a kind gesture and we are all incredibly thankful,” One Colleague remarked.
