HC-One’s Chaseview Care Home in Burntwood, Staffordshire have enjoyed a visit from Andrew Campbell and his owl experience.
Andrew Campbell’s Owl Experience is a non-funded rescue and their sole purpose is to rescue and rehabilitate sick and injured birds of prey and return them to the world.
Residents enjoyed interacting with the owls and listening to Andrew explain about all the different species, what they eat and how to look after them.
Everyone loved being able to hold them with Resident Ron Hames commenting:
“Look at their beautiful large eyes!”
Chaseview’s Home Manager, Jenny Khadoo commented:
“We love arranging new experiences for our Residents, especially one like this where they get to interact with nature.”
