Colleagues at Lancashire care home Dove Court have recently done a collection of food and non-perishable items to Burnley Community Kitchens during their Harvest Festival.
The home also had a donation of scarecrows from Rosegrove Community to help decorate the home for Harvest Festival.
“On the day we enjoyed arts and crafts, decorating Harvest shapes and a Harvest themed church service,” a Colleague remarked.
Residents loved the harvest themed church service, one said, “I really enjoyed the day.”

A representative from Community Kitchens said, “Thank you so much for your collection.”
Home Manager, Catherine Brierley, stated, “I really enjoyed the day. It was a joint effort that all Colleagues got involved with collecting for Burnley Community Kitchens.”
