The newly hatched chicks at Pytchley Court care home in Brixworth, Northamptonshire saw a fair few happy faces this week then they finally got chance to meet their fellow Residents
Frances Gemmell is a Resident at the home and has spent a large part of her life among animals. Frances was brought up on a farm and worked with her father to help with the animals. She was so pleased to see the new chicks and hold them.
Home Manager, Sue Watson, commented, “This activity was particularly important to Frances. The pleasure that was seen on Frances’ face was very endearing.”
