HC-One’s Bridgewater Park Care Home in Scunthorpe is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Bridgewater Park was delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as “Good” overall, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents and that it is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive and Well-led.
The CQC’s report was full of praise for staff at the home, noting that they were responsive to the needs of Residents and provided person-centred care and support. Visitors to the home described the team as “really proactive”, and highlighted how the home “provides brilliant support to families”.
Residents and relatives at Bridgewater Park were equally complimentary about colleagues at the home, noting that they are “very caring, kind and compassionate”. One Resident commented that “the staff are lovely people, very caring and kind.”, while another stated that “the staff take very good care of me”.
