Colleagues at Glanffrwd care home in Pencoed, Bridgend celebrated receiving a Kindness in Care Award after success in their Housekeeping Matters Inspection.
The housekeeping team achieved a score of 100% in their inspection, which is completed on an annual basis.
To celebrate the team’s success, Joan Thomas, Home Manager at Glanffrwd, presented the team with a Kindness in Care Award certificate, badge, box of chocolates and a beautiful bunch of flowers.
Joan said: “This is a very well-deserved award for an extremely kind and hardworking team. Each and every Colleague works so incredibly hard and this award represents how grateful everyone is for all their help and support around the home.”
