The importance of one-on-one sessions to Residents at Branston Court care home, is always recognised by the Colleagues and Activities Coordinator, Lauren Slater, shows us just how it is done.
Resident Jean lives at Branston Court but unfortunately has to remain in her bed in her room at the moment therefore is unable to see her family. Jean loves a pamper and really looks forward to her weekly manicure and hand massage so we always make these events extra special for every Resident. One of Jean’s favourite parts of her manicure is choosing the most beautiful colour from the selection provided.
Jean was very grateful for the extra company and loved her pamper, “Thank you for coming to see me.”
Activities Coordinator Lauren Slater said, “It is so important to spend quality time with those who are unable to come out of their rooms”.
Home Manager, Pauline Gardiner, commented, “Quality care and time is vital for our Residents. Well done Lauren.”
