Residents, Relatives and Colleagues at HC-One’s Branston Court care home were delighted as they took part in a ‘wear it pink’ day to raise money for Breast Cancer Research.
Entertainment was provided for the day by a Ukulele player, which was enjoyed by all, whilst home made pink cakes were served alongside an afternoon tea.
Residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and were glad to be in support of a worthy cause.
Pauline Gardiner, home manager, commented: “everyone has had a fantastic afternoon in support of Breast Cancer Research, events like this are so important in creating awareness.”
