Residents at
Roseberry Court, esidential and residential dementia care home in Redcar had a lovely celebration on Boxing Day.
Christmas is not over just yet for the Residents and Colleagues at the 63-bedded care home.
A party was thrown on Boxing Day which included karaoke, party games, buffet and a tipple for some of the Residents.
Residents, families, and Colleagues attended the glamour themed party. Residents dressed in their most glamorous and sparkly clothing.
Both Residents and their families all socialized together singing songs and joining in the party games.
The highlight of the night was seeing so many laughing and smiling faces for hours.
Les a Resident, asked, “Can we have a party like this every week?”
Kelly Levick, Care Home Manager, remarked, “This party brought families and Residents together and opened a much wider social circle within the home. All colleagues present commented on what a fantastic night it was.”
