Ashington Grange care home in Northumberland was delighted to give its Residents the full Bollywood experience as part of an exciting exercise initiative.
As the Bollywood music played, Residents were encouraged to move to the music by clapping, tapping their knees or dancing, with guidance from the coach Sara.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed the Bollywood dancing, it was something really different for us to get stuck in to.”
Lisa Knight, Home Manager at Ashington Grange, said: “Residents thoroughly enjoyed participating in this activity. We definitely want Sara to visit the home again to teach everyone some more Bollywood moves.”
