Residents at HC-One’s Woodcross care home were delighted as they received a visit from Bloom to Bloomers, who helped to produce some beautiful flower arrangements.
Everyone enjoyed themselves as they learnt a variety of new skills in how to arrange different types of flowers, discussing their favourite colours to use and why.
Some Residents enjoyed the reminiscence these flowers brought as they recalled memories from their childhood.
Residents remarked at how much they enjoyed learning a new skill and creating such beautiful decorations.
Dawn Attwell, home manager, commented: “Everyone has really enjoyed themselves doing this exciting activity, we hope to put these new skills to practice and make some wonderful creations.”
