HC One’s Springwater Lodge care home have been celebrating Black History Month this October.
Colleagues and Residents celebrate Black History Month with foods from different cultures and some staff had also brought in some ornaments which the history of was shared with the Residents.
The Residents took a great interest in all of the information shared about the different culture and backgrounds.
The care home staff put together a dance which was great fun for everyone involved, the Residents loved watching.
Overall it was wonderful day filled with learning and lots of fun too.
