HC-One’s Bishopsgate Lodge Care Home in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, is celebrating the work of Care Assistant Lyndsey Bake, who has received a Kindness in Care Award for her thoughtful and conscientious attitude towards her Colleagues and the Residents.
Her Colleagues, who wanted to recognise her for her kindness and helpfulness towards others, nominated Lyndsey for her Kindness in Care Award; she always has a smile on her face and carries out anything asked of her without any signs of complaint.
Lyndsey’s approach to the Resident’s is second to none, she will always speak to them with kindness and dignity and go above and beyond for everyone. She was modestly overwhelmed and really happy to receive her award.
HC-One Bishopsgate Lodge’s Home Manager, Sarah Dodsworth, said:
“Lyndsey is like a ray of sunshine in the home and is loved by everyone. Nothing is of any trouble to her; she will carry out any task asked of her with a smile.”
