HC-One’s Bishopsgate Lodge care home in Bishop Auckland, County Durham welcomed friends, family and the local community on Thursday 31st October for the home’s Meet the Manager Halloween Party.
In preparation for the event, Residents were busy carving pumpkins and decorating the social areas with spooky items. On the day, Residents were joined by friends, family and children from Buddies Nursery, all in fancy dress in celebration of Halloween.
Everyone gathered in the bar and sang their favourite songs on the karaoke machine, a fang-tastic buffet lunch was served as Residents and guests chatted and admired each other’s costumes.
Bishopsgate Lodge Home Manager, Linda Bravey said: “Thank you to everyone who supported our event, it was lovely to welcome so many people from the local community and create happy memories together.”
