Residents at HC-One’s Warrens Hall care home in Birmingham celebrated Mother’s Day, showing their appreciation to their fellow mums.
On March 14th, Warrens Hall celebrated Mums. It was a day of reminiscence and appreciation. Residents and Colleagues alike showed their appreciation to all of their mums while remembering about the memories made with the mums that are not with them today, cherishing the special people they were and the wonderful things they did.
Colleagues gave cards and gifts to Residents who are mums, to say thank you. They then sang songs of love while Residents enjoyed visits from daughters and sons.
Mums were pampered throughout the day and enjoyed treats of cakes and chocolates that were kindly bought by Colleagues as a special treat.
Kalmit Jagpal, Home Manager at Warrens Hall said: “Today was a good day, to see our Residents faces light up when they saw their relatives was so heart-warming.”
