Residents and Care Colleagues at HC-One’s Willow Court Care Home were delighted to welcome Derek Tindall and his fantastic birds of prey into the home.
Derek brought with him six different species of bird and explained all about each one and how to care for them. Residents loved learning about the birds and being able to stroke and touch them.
To finish off the activity, Derek put on an impressive display from the Vulture who was showing off his amazing tricks.

“We are always trying to source new and engaging entertainment for our Residents. This definitely ticked the box, everyone had a great time and learnt lots of new information.”
