Residents at Beeches care home in Nottingham were delighted to take a trip to the cinema to watch Stan and Ollie.
After eagerly anticipating the film, Residents couldn’t wait to find out the true story of Hollywood’s greatest comedy double act, Laurel and Hardy.
Lesley, a Resident at Beeches, said: “I really enjoyed the trip. It was extremely interesting to hear the story of Laurel and Hardy.”
Anne Upton, Home Manager at Beeches, said: “Our Residents were really eager to watch Stan and Ollie, so we couldn’t wait to take them out to watch the film on the big screen.
“We are really looking forward to more cinema trips in the future as everyone had a fantastic time.”
