Beeches Care Centre enjoy armchair aerobics
Residents at Beeches Care Centre had their monthly arm chair aerobic session, taken by Beryl, a fitness instructor who has been coming to the Beeches for many years and knows our residents very well. She knows everyone’s ability during the session so it is well tailored to the Residents needs.

There was an excellend turnout with plenty of Residents joining in.

Beryl brings songs that the Residents know and love, and everyone has a sing-along with some light exercises with pieces of fun equipment she provides.

Today the Residents used a big beach ball which was used for a lively game of catch.

The sessions usually last for 40 minutes and Beryl interacts with each person, showing what a good relationship she has with the Residents.
