Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Beechcroft care home were thrilled when an extra special tour of Anfield was organised for a few lucky Liverpool fans.
The Residents who attended were Mr Robert Davies, Mr Sidney Faulkner, Mr Desmond Lyons & Mr Keith Dunbevin. All the gentlemen are lifelong Liverpool supporters and two were season ticket holders, racking up an impressive 88 years between them!
The visit to Anfield involved a tour of the club, the trophy room and museum then they all had some delicious scouse and crispy bread.
A very generous groundsman gave the four Residents some newly cut grass from the pitch in individual envelopes.
