Residents from HC-One’s Beechcroft, situated in Runcorn enjoyed a road trip to Southport this week.
The weather was lovely as they headed out on their trip, taking in the local sights and enjoying a tasty fish and chips dinner al fresco.
Everyone really enjoyed their trip and are already planning to take another one again soon.
This popular seaside resort holds fond memories for many Residents as a place they spent family holidays as children. Residents loved pointing out familiar places.
Jenny Jobber, Care Home Manager said,
“It is important for Residents to get out of the home and to connect with nature and the community and we are always looking for ways to organise day trips out on our minibus. We had a wonderful day out, with Residents enjoying some local sights and sea views.”
