Salford’s residential, nursing and residential memory care home, Barton Brook, have been holding some exercise classes for Residents today.
Colleagues led a session of gentle chair exercises to combine both physio, fun and games.
Everyone enjoyed the socialising aspect of the session as well as hitting the ball and balancing the ball on the parachute.
One Resident said, “Wonderful, I really enjoyed it. We want more!”
Home Manager, Michelle Labador, remarked, “The atmosphere was fantastic and it was wonderful to see a full house and the Residents having such a great time”
