Balloon game gets Residents exercising Residents at HC-One’s Ash Grange care home in Walsall participated in a fun filled balloon exercise game.

The aim of the game is to keep a balloon floating by hitting it to another person using a foam baton. The game encourages Residents to move their limbs in a low intensity exercise, it also provides a fun activity for all to enjoy.

A group of Residents and one visitor decided to take part in the game. Everyone had a great time trying to keep the balloon up for as long as possible. All the participants said that it was a fun way to exercise and are looking forward to the next round of ‘baton balloon’.
