Residents at HC-One’s Highclere care home were excited as they decided to create some cookies in the home.
One Resident especially enjoyed the idea as she said she hadn’t baked in such a long time, and how lovely of an activity it would be.
Residents each took part in baking batches of cookies together, as they each remarked at the fond memories it brought back for them all of the days they would bake for their families.
Home manager, Farai Maringa, commented: “It’s so nice to see the Residents always enjoying themselves. The cookies smell delicious.”
