Harvest Festival activities were well and truly underway at Hinckley Park care home in Leicester as Residents and Colleagues welcomed members of the community for a fun-filled day.
Residents, Relatives and staff at Hinckley Park were delighted to demonstrate their community spirit with a food collection, which was kindly donated to churches in the local area.
Hinckley Park was delighted to welcome the local church to the home for a Harvest service, which was thoroughly enjoyed by Residents.
The day was rounded off with a delicious serving of homemade cake and a warm cup of tea and coffee, while Residents sang along to some amazing entertainment.
One Resident commented: “The food collection gets bigger every year! It’s nice to know that it’s going to people who need it the most.”
