The nomination for the award is in recognition of her hard work and kind care shown to Residents, Relatives and Colleagues as well as the dedication and passion Lindsey shows every day to ensure the people she supports receive the best quality care.

“Lindsey has gone above and beyond her role as Wellbeing Coordinator. Lindsey has worked in every department to support the home covering night shifts, days shifts, kitchen cover. Especially over the pandemic, Lindsey made herself available to support the home, even if it was just coming in for an hour to help Residents get ready and to allow staff to take their breaks.”

The Cristal Care Awards recognises and celebrates work in care from Colleagues across Tameside and Glossop from an independent provider. There are seven different categories and the winners for each category will be announced on the awards celebration evening taking place at Dukinfield Town Hall on Friday 14th October 2022.
