Ascot Lodge chef commended on his preparation for residents meals by NHS Sheffield CCG.Local assistant cook Dale Moore of HC-One Ascot Lodge has been commended by the Sheffield NHS Clinical Commissioning Group for his excellent preparation of resident’s meals and showcased within the July 2017 Sheffield Care home magazine distributed throughout Sheffield.
 
Dale Moore started with Ascot Lodge in 2008 when he was 18 and has worked within the kitchen team since he commenced. Since his start date, Dale has worked extremely hard to ensure all residents can enjoy varied home cooked meals, understanding the importance of a friendly and stimulating experience; not to mention the pleasure of a mealtime with delicious, nutritious food, shared with residents and the people you know and love.
 
Dale has been looking at innovative ways to present pureed foods in a different and interesting way for residents at the home who have pureed diets. 

We would like to congratulate Dale on recently winning a prize within the HC-One company and he has also been asked to work with their hospitality team to improve meal time experiences across the company.  Well done Dale and thank you!
