Residents at HC-One’s Barleystone care home in Falkirk explored their creative side during one of their regular arts and crafts sessions with Gail Wright from Creative Mojo.
Gail delivers regular arts and crafts sessions at Barleystone, which are now a highlight in the diary for most Residents. This session was special because Ian, who has recently moved to Barleystone and his wife Wendy decided to join in with the Creative Mojo class.
Everyone worked on beautiful pieces of art, with Ian getting to know some of his fellow Residents as he worked on his design. Wendy commented on how lovely it was to see Ian enjoying the class and making some new friends.
Barleystone Home Manager, Karen Syme said: “Thank you to Gail from Creative Mojo, who always provides such an engaging and enjoyable craft session for our Residents. It’s also lovely to hear that Ian is taking part in the classes and getting to know everyone.”
