At April Park Care Home, Pancake Day was a resounding success. The event was so popular that it exceeded expectations, with residents eager to join in the fun. The kitchen was bustling as everyone got involved in making pancakes for each other.
Residents were thrilled to be part of the pancake-making process, with a variety of mouth-watering toppings, from rich chocolate and fresh fruit to classic maple syrup, filling the plates and delighting the taste buds. The day was filled with nostalgia as many of our residents reflected on Pancake Days from their younger years, recalling the joy of making pancakes with family.
