
Residents from Appleton Manor Care Home enjoyed a trip out to Hope View Sensory Farm.
Hope View is a non-profit sensory farm aimed at giving people who live with dementia or Alzheimer’s a little time-out.
Residents loved meeting the various animals and enjoyed a leisurley lunch in the lodge area and even turned their hand to some fishing.
Home manager, Amy Robertson, commented:
"The Resident’s had a fabulous day. Hope view farm is a perfect place to take memory care Residents as its not overcrowded and they can enjoy their time at their own pace."
