Residents at HC-One’s Wombwell Hall care home in Northfleet enjoyed their very own version of antiques roadshow on Thursday 17th January.
Michael from City Praise Church visited Wombwell Hall with a range of antiques for Residents to guess how old they were, what they were and how much they are worth.
Everyone enjoyed looking at the different pieces, some Residents were shocked to learn the origins and price of some of the items, which included a slave bangle and £10,000 pocket watch dating back to the 1600’s.
After they had finished wish the antiques, the group sat down to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea and talk about what their favourite items were in the collection.
