Residents and members of the team at HC-One’s Quayside care home in Yoker, Glasgow took part in the home’s annual sports fun day on Thursday 22nd August.
Everyone was split into four teams which were named, Spicy Admin Team, Quayside Cartel, Waverly Team and Jupiter Team. The teams then took on a variety of challenges, including a sack race, three legged race, chuck the chicken and float the duck.
A great time was had by all, with Residents commenting on how much fun they had taking part in the different activities throughout the day.
