The team at Rowan Garth were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues Rowan Garth, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. Residents, who made remarks such as “I feel safe here.’’, echoed this sentiment. Another Resident remarked, ''I was prone to falls [at home] and the doctor came out but I haven't fallen here.''
Inspectors also commented on the detail members of staff went in to record Resident’s preferences for food and drinks, making sure personal likes and dislikes were taken into account.
