Alphabet nursery visit is a success for Beeston care homeResidents at Silverwood care home in Beeston, Nottingham were delighted to receive a visit from students and teachers from the local Alphabet Nursery.

The children loved singing along to songs with the Residents as they showed off their dance moves, receiving a huge round of applause from the audience.

Residents enjoyed chatting with the students before enjoying a well-earned glass of juice or cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake.

The visit went down a treat with those living at Silverwood, with one Resident commenting: “The children are lovely and are so well-behaved. It’s been so lovely to have them here.”

Both the nursery children and Residents enjoyed the visit so much that the home is already counting down to welcoming the students again in November!
