Alloa care home celebrates success in Care Inspectorate reportThe Orchard care home – part of HC-One, the kind care company – located in Tullibody, near Alloa, is celebrating receiving a glowing report from the Care Inspectorate (CI). 

The team at The Orchard were delighted to have received a great Care Inspectorate report, which rated the home as ‘Very Good’ in both ‘How well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘how well is care and support planned?’, which demonstrates that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents. 

The Care Inspectorate were full of praise for the team at The Orchard, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home, there sentiment was echoed with comments noted in the report from both Residents and Relatives.

One Resident commented stated: "The staff are always happy to help me with anything. There is always someone available to help me. I have my own room if I want my own space or I can join others in the sitting rooms.”

Another comment noted in the report, from a Relative, also praised the home: "The manager and staff do a brilliant job and provide my relative with care and kindness and are always available to discuss any problem."

Located on Lychgate Road, The Orchard offers short and long term care packages for older members of the community needing nursing or nursing memory care, for those living with dementia. The home is also celebrating achieving a 9.5/10 average user rating on the sectors leading comparison website, carehome.co.uk.
